AI SafeGate is built for production use and designed to support privacy-by-design principles. We aim to collect and process data only for the purposes customers request.

• No data resale: we do not sell customer data.
• No AI training on customer data: we do not use customer data to train AI models.
• Customer data ownership: customers retain ownership of their data.
• Purpose-limited processing: we process data to provide and improve the service, support customer support requests, and maintain reliability and security.

AI SafeGate processes the information customers choose to submit as part of their workflows (for example, an AI output and the context required to evaluate the action). Customers control what is sent.

We encourage customers to avoid sending sensitive data unless it is necessary for their use case and they have a lawful basis to do so.

• To support customer support and respond to inquiries.
• To operate, maintain, and improve reliability and security.
• To meet legal obligations where applicable.

We do not sell customer data. We do not share customer data for advertising purposes.

We may share limited data with trusted service providers when needed to operate the service (for example, hosting and operational tooling). These providers are expected to handle data only as instructed and for legitimate service delivery purposes.

• Customers choose what data to send as part of their workflow.
• Customers control how AI SafeGate outputs are used inside their own application.
• Customers should configure retention and access internally according to their policies.
