Trust & Safety
AI SafeGate is designed to help teams run AI-powered workflows responsibly by introducing clear decision outcomes, review-friendly pathways, and consistent operator visibility.
This page is intentionally high-level and customer-safe. It describes the principles we follow without exposing internal implementation details.
AI SafeGate does not monitor your users; it evaluates only the data you explicitly send as part of your workflow.
- We ship customer-safe documentation and do not publish sensitive internal implementation details.
- We do not train AI models on customer data.
- We do not sell customer data or share it for advertising purposes.
- We design for predictable outcomes and clear operator handling (PASS / WARN / BLOCK).
- We encourage fail-closed integrations and review-required handling for elevated-risk outcomes.
AI SafeGate helps organizations apply consistent safety decisions to AI-driven actions. It is built for production use cases where reliability, change control, and clear ownership matter.
- Clear outcomes to support predictable operational handling.
- Workflow-friendly review paths for actions that should be paused.
- Audit-friendly records to help teams understand what happened and why.
We prioritize transparency so teams can operate with confidence. AI SafeGate is designed to support:
- Clear, reviewable decision outputs appropriate for operational use.
- Auditable records that support incident response and internal governance.
- Consistent handling patterns that reduce ambiguity across teams.
AI SafeGate is intended to support responsible deployment of AI in real systems. We encourage customers to:
- Apply human oversight where outcomes are high impact or irreversible.
- Define acceptable use policies for automated decisions and actions.
- Review and iterate on workflow controls as the business and risk profile changes.
The platform is designed to be dependable and operationally friendly, with an emphasis on predictable behavior and safe handling.
- Consistent decision outputs intended for deterministic workflow branching.
- Operational visibility to support troubleshooting and governance.
- Clear responsibility boundaries between customer workflows and AI SafeGate.
Customers remain responsible for their systems, policies, and use cases. You should ensure:
- You have the rights and permissions to process the data you send.
- Your workflows handle paused or blocked outcomes appropriately.
- Appropriate human review and escalation exists for sensitive use cases.
- Your team evaluates any regulatory, legal, or contractual requirements applicable to your environment.
Do you train AI models on my data?
No. AI SafeGate does not train models on customer data.
Is my data sold or shared?
No. We do not sell customer data. We do not share customer data for advertising purposes.
Who can access my data?
Access is restricted to authorized personnel and is intended to support customer support, reliability, and security operations. Customers control what they send to the service.
What happens when something is flagged?
The platform returns a clear outcome so your workflow can respond consistently (for example: proceed, pause for review, or stop). You choose how your application handles each outcome.
Can flagged actions be reviewed?
Yes. AI SafeGate is designed to support review-friendly handling where organizations want a human decision before proceeding.
Does AI SafeGate monitor my users?
No. AI SafeGate does not passively monitor your users. It evaluates only the data you explicitly send to the service as part of your workflow.
Will AI SafeGate interfere with my application?
No. The service does not modify your systems. Your application controls how to handle outcomes and whether to proceed, pause, or stop.
What happens if the platform is unavailable?
Customers should design workflows with appropriate resilience. If the service is unavailable, your workflow can follow your chosen fallback behavior (for example, pause an action until a decision can be obtained).
